The conversion of a city warehouse into four self contained offices units over five floors. Planning permission was obtained for the extension of the second floor and the addition of a new top floor. A service tower provides kitchens and bathrooms to each floor. Natural light was brought into the basement by adding an extension at the rear fitted with a glazed roof.
